At Camille La Vie, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached; please note that final sale items and certain accessories are non-returnable.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
